1. Course Enrollment & Registration

 1.1 Enrollment is only confirmed once the registration fee or the full course fee has been successfully processed.

 1.2 Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Masgrow Campus reserves the right to cancel any enrollment found to be based on false information.

2. Payment Policy

 2.1 Non-Refundable: All course fees, registration fees, and deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

 2.2 Payment Evidence: A valid bank slip or digital transaction screenshot must be submitted for verification.

 2.3 Installments: If a payment plan is agreed upon, installments must be settled by the specified due dates to maintain access to course materials and live sessions.

3. Scholarship & Promotional Offers

 3.1 Scholarships (e.g., 75% Scholarship offers) are valid only for the specified batch and duration.

 3.2 Failure to meet the course requirements (attendance or assignments) may result in the revocation of scholarship benefits.

4. Intellectual Property

 4.1 All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and software tools provided by Masgrow Campus, are for personal educational use only.

 4.2 Recording, sharing, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action and immediate termination of student access.

5. Attendance & Certification

 5.1 Certificates will only be issued to students who maintain the minimum required attendance and successfully complete all assessments/projects.

 5.2 Masgrow Campus reserves the right to reschedule classes due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances; students will be notified in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

 6.1 Students are expected to maintain professionalism in all community groups (WhatsApp/Telegram) and live sessions. Any form of harassment or spamming will result in immediate removal without a refund.
